Greg Sundberg, Founder/President

Greg is a rare combination: a talented strategist and creative who also understands how business works. He started the firm 1986 after a successful stint in sports marketing helping launch a new soccer league which experienced meteoric growth under his creative guidance. Greg has formed lasting relationships with some of the world’s most discerning businesses by being a great listener, paying close attention to detail and ensuring strict standards of forward-thinking and innovation. He actively participates in strategic discovery sessions, interfaces with clients, and reviews creative work along the way.

Doug Banquer, Vice President/Creative Director

In his role as Creative Director, Doug oversees the design of nearly all the firm’s major projects from the discovery phase through implementation. He draws on over 25 years of experience designing and producing effective, award-winning results to invigorate clients’ work, whether developing targeted visual branding, designing a user-friendly website, creating an effective capital campaign or producing engaging print materials. His standards are high and demands that all projects live up to expectations. With an M.F.A. in Graphic Design from the Rhode Island School of Design, Doug is passionate about using the power of design to communicate effectively.
